REFUND POLICY

By purchasing any Renew membership you:

  1. Agree that you may cancel any membership within 48 hours of purchase and receive a full refund from Renew. Please contact our Customer Service team to request a cancellation of a membership. Once we receive notification from you that you wish to cancel your membership, any amount paid to Renew for the membership will be refunded as soon as possible. All refunds will be processed in accordance with the payment method selected by you at the time of your purchase. Additionally, as part of the measures we employ to secure your privacy, we will only refund to the account or credit card used for the original transaction. No refunds will be processed to any other credit card or account.

  2. Agree that a ‘firm sale’ is considered to be 48 hours after the purchase has been made. Firm Sale cancellations and refunds requested, more than 48 hours after purchase, are provided only at the discretion of the Renew team. Firm Sale orders may be refunded in full, in part, or not at all.

  3. Under Australian Consumer Law, Renew is not obliged to refund if you have simply changed your mind, found a product we sell cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it, whether you purchased it for yourself or received it as a gift.
