We are currently experiencing a very high number of membership enquiries and requests for our expert advisory services. There is currently a 3 week wait for our advice and energy consultations. We are trying to respond to all other enquiries within 7 to 10 working days.
At Renew, we appreciate positive and constructive feedback. When contacting Renew, we ask you communicate with respect and courtesy at all times to help us build a strong community network.
If you have a complaint, please outline your situation clearly. Our staff work hard to resolve challenges you’re experiencing and improve the experience of our services. We are not perfect, but we are continuously improving.
We reserve the right not to respond to calls or messages that are rude or aggressive toward staff, contain personal attacks, offensive or discriminatory language or jokes, or deliberate attempts to misinform, distort facts, provoke or misrepresent the opinions of others.
